1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nova AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nova AI provides AI-powered image processing tools, including background removal and product image enhancement. The Service processes images using artificial intelligence algorithms and may store them temporarily for processing purposes.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. Credits & Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased and consumed per image processed. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Virtual credits are non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire within 12 months of purchase.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to images you upload. Nova AI does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the Service. We do not use your images for training our AI models.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) use automated scripts to abuse the Service; (d) interfere with the Service's operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nova AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
